New Hope Christian School
In 1993, New Hope Baptist Church started New Hope Christian School. After 27 successful years, our current enrollment is at 64 in grades K4-8th.
The mission of New Hope Christian School is to provide an environment in which children will develop to their God-given potential; to equip students with skills, knowledge, and values to influence society for Christ; and to minister to the families of our students.
Our school logo has three identical sides of the triangle form a solid enclosure. Each side represents an institution critical to a child’s complete upbringing, which includes the home, the school, and the church working in unison.
Class sizes are kept to a maximum of 16 per class. Bob Jones University is the curriculum used in all classes.
New Hope Christian School is an integrated learning environment. Technology such as Chromebooks and laptops are part of the daily learning experience.
Parents are notified of student progress by sending home a daily and weekly progress report. Two parent-teacher conferences are scheduled each school year. Additional correspondance is made through phone calls and text messaging.
Each day for all grade levels begins with prayer, and pledges of alleigance. There is a weekly school wide chapel service on Thursdays at 9:15 AM.
